I’m Kristy, my husband, Victor, and I run Simplicity together, but he’s more of a behind the scenes kinda guy.  We live in central Florida with our two children, three cats, and a grumpy, 19 year old African Grey parrot, Casper.  

Five years ago we knew nothing about crystals.  It is safe to say that we were skeptics.  One afternoon while shopping I picked up a pretty rock.  I felt something when I held that rock, although I did not understand it at the time.  I felt calm, and strangely peaceful.  That was the beginning of our crystal journey.  

We spent the next couple of years learning all that we could about crystals.  We spent hours in crystal shops, just feeling the different energies of the crystals.  We read countless books, watched documentaries, and attended workshops. 

We learned how different crystals pair with one another to create specific energy patterns.  As we started putting those into practice, we realized that it just wasn’t practical to keep a pocket full of rocks all the time.  

While we weren’t exactly hiding our new love of crystals, we weren’t necessarily broadcasting it either.  We bracelets that are beautiful enough to be worn on their own, even if they didn’t have the added benefit of the healing energy of crystals. Since we couldn’t find what we were looking for, we decided to create them ourselves.
